Vor Jahren bekam ich vom ehemaligen Bürgermeister der Fauststadt Knittlingen die Anfrage, das Corporate Design, die Webseite und künftige Drucksachen wie Plakate und Flyer für das Faust-Museum zu entwickeln. Unzählige Motive für Veranstaltungen, Prospekte, Plakate, ein Kinderbuch, Artikel für den Shop etc. etc. sind in andauernder Zusammenarbeit im Entstehen (kleine Auswahl an Beispielen siehe oben).

Die Freude über diesen interessanten “Kultur-Auftrag” war (und ist immer noch!) groß, und es wurde mir bewusst, wie viel Wissen es über Faust und seinen „nachhaltigen“ Einfluss gibt – nicht nur in Bezug auf Literatur, sondern auch hinsichtlich Musik, Kunst und Theater. All dieses Wissen ist im Faust-Museum und Faust-Archiv versammelt.

Years ago, the former mayor of the Faust town of Knittlingen asked me to develop the corporate design, the website and future printed matter such as posters and flyers for the Faust Museum. Countless motifs for events, brochures, posters, a children’s book, articles for the shop, etc., etc. are being created in ongoing collaboration (see above for a small selection of examples).

The joy about this interesting “cultural mission” was (and still is!) great, and I became aware of how much knowledge there is about Faust and his “lasting” influence – not only in terms of literature, but also in terms of music, art and theatre. All this knowledge is gathered in the Faust Museum and Faust Archive.
